Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you sign up for the Women Leaders Association daily briefing, we collect your name and email address. If you choose to continue with Google, LinkedIn or Apple, that service shares your name and email address with us after you approve it; we do not receive your password or access to your account, contacts, files or posts. We also record which chapter page you signed up from and the time of sign-up. If you turn on browser alerts, your browser gives us a notification token so we can send alerts to that browser.

How we use it

We use this information to send you the daily briefing, chapter news, event invitations and the alerts you asked for, and to keep a record of your sign-up and consent. We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it

Your sign-up is stored in the Women Leaders Association member and subscriber systems and in a sign-up log kept in Google Workspace. Service providers that host our websites and deliver email and notifications process it only on our behalf.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can turn off browser alerts at any time in your browser settings. To access, correct or delete your information, email service@BizSummits.org.

Retention and security

We keep your information while you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward to honor unsubscribe requests and meet legal obligations. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
